The first half of class will be focused on a Vinyasa flow. Vinyasa means linking breath with movement and in this way we will practice dropping into the body and learning to listen to its hidden messages, allowing the breath to guide the movement as the ultimate teacher. The second half of class will be a deeper stretch and opening, allowing the body to passively receive the medicine of yin yoga.
