Subbing for the fabulous Kelsey, this Wednesday at The Yoga Seed, in downtown Vancouver. We will move through a dynamic sequence that will prove to be a total body workout, with the guidance of the breath. We will work to strengthen the key areas of the core, the legs, and shoulders, as well as the mind. Set to a specific playlist designed to flow with our practice as we warm up, build internal heat and strength, and then cool down.
The intention this week is gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. What are you grateful for? Can you take 5 minutes out of each day this week to write down 3 things that you are grateful for? Be specific. This is about retraining the mind to find the positive and good in all things, we will see it, if that is what we seek.
